- Getting an error when trying to sync
- Getting a sync complete message but your data did not sync

Troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your school IT has gone over our technical brief
- If this is a roster syncing issue, verify student emails are correct
- Students may try to use a different email than what you have in your Google classroom roster
- Clear cookies and cache on the browser
- Make sure there are no popup blockers turned on
- Check for browser updates (if there are available updates, update your browser)
- Try another browser
- This will test if this is a browser related issue
