Full School/District Prime Plan
Teachers can easily sync their Schoology classes and rosters to Actively Learn after first integrating their Schoology accounts with Actively Learn. Once classes are synced, your students will be automatically rostered as they login to Actively Learn with their school or district email.
Syncing classes from Schoology
STEP 1: From Schoology, open the "add Materials" dropdown.
STEP 2: Select "Actively Learn" from the dropdown.
STEP 3: From the popup, select the grade level of the classes you want to import into Actively Learn.
STEP 4: Click the "IMPORT COURSE SECTIONS INTO ACTIVELY LEARN" button.
Your courses are now imported into Actively Learn. Next is to sync assignments.
Importing Schoology classes from within your Actively Learn account
STEP 1: From Actively Learn, click the + "Add new class" button from the left hand menu.
STEP 2: Select "Import Courses From Schoology" from the pop-up.
STEP 3: From the popup, select the class and the grade level you want to import into Actively Learn. (Note for admins at multiple schools: you will also need to select the school, see top of screenshot.)
STEP 4: Click the "IMPORT" button.
