When syncing with Clever, all roster updates will be done in Clever and synced to Actively Learn. Schools/districts will have a Clever admin(s) managing rosters and classes
After updates are made in Clever, teachers need to click on "remove students" button under the roster tab. This will sync the class roster with the new Clever data.
Teachers can also restore previously unenrolled students to their class roster by clicking on the "restore students" button.
If a student accidentally joined the class twice or has two accounts registered to the same class, teachers can use the "merge accounts" button to merge the two student accounts. This will combine their accounts and all of their work into one account.
