Administrators can manage Prime Plan access for their users at the school or district level. Admins and District Admins can request this ability from their Success Managers.
- Administrators can access this from the "Users" menu on the left panel and by selecting the "Accounts" tab.
- Under the "Plan" column, there will be an upgrade button for teachers currently on the free plan.
- Teachers may show they are on the free plan if they accidentally signed up for ELA grades 2-3 when the Prime plan was purchased for ELA grades 4-5.
- Administrators can also remove teachers. If teachers no longer teach at the school and admins do not want them to count against the number of licenses they purchased on the Prime plan, they can remove these teachers here by clicking the trash can icon.
District administrators will have the option to toggle through different schools and move teachers to different schools within the districts.
