Admins and district admins can generate custom activity and proficiency reports from within the Administrator Reports page. Custom reports allow admins to create reports within a specific date range, with the ability to add one or more schools' data from the district to a single report.
STEP 1: Go to the "Custom Reports" tab
STEP 2: Click on the "New Custom Report" button
STEP 3: Choose one or more schools, select date range, type of report, and click the "Submit" button
There are two types of reports that can be generated, All Reports or Proficiency by Standards Report. The Proficiency by Standards report can be broken down further to specific assignments in the district library.
Please note: The time these reports take to generate will depend on the date range, the number of schools, and how many categories are included within the custom report, as the data is being pulled from our live database. You will receive an email when your report is ready, and can check the status in the Custom Reports tab as well.
Once your report is ready, you can select the eye icon in the Action column to view it, or 'View Report' from the email notification. You will be able to select different tabs to view different data sets, and can export the student and teacher data reports as csv files.
Proficiency by Standard Report Overview When Filtering by Assignment
The Proficiency by Standard report enables administrators to filter data by assignment(s) or specific standard(s). When using the "Filter by Assignments" dropdown menu, the list will display assignment titles stored in the District Library.
Important Note: For data to appear in the "Filter by Assignments" report, teachers must assign a copy of the assignment from the District Library. Only assignments distributed in this manner will be eligible for inclusion in the Proficiency by Standard/Filter by Assignment report.
